JainEats is a free, community-built directory of restaurants that serve or will customize Jain food. It's informational — a starting point for finding somewhere to eat, not a guarantee about any specific restaurant.

Listings are crowd-sourced from contributors, public lists, and automated structuring of that text. They can be outdated, incomplete, or wrong — a kitchen can change hands, stop using a Jain menu, or start using onion and garlic without us knowing. Jain dietary observance matters to you for reasons this site can't verify on your behalf. Always confirm directly with the restaurant before you order — treat every listing as a lead, not a certification.

Signing in is optional and only required to save places or contribute under your name. Sign-in is through Google only — we don't offer passwords. You're responsible for whatever happens under your signed-in account, and you can delete it at any time from your account page.

When you submit a restaurant, a dish note, or any other content, you're confirming it's accurate to your own knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant JainEats a worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, and reuse what you submit as part of the public directory — because that's what a crowd-sourced directory is.

Contributions currently publish immediately rather than sitting in a review queue. We review activity afterward and may edit, revert, or remove any contribution at our discretion — including yours — if it looks wrong, abusive, or spammy.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, defamatory, or intentionally misleading listings.
• Impersonate a restaurant, business, or another person.
• Spam or abuse the contribute form, search, or any other part of the site — including automated or bulk submissions.
• Attempt to scrape, bulk-download, or resell the directory data.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

We can suspend or remove access for anyone who violates these terms.

The JainEats name, logo, and site design belong to the project. Restaurant and dish information is crowd-sourced directory content — we make no ownership claim over any restaurant's own name, trademark, or menu.

Listings link out to restaurant websites, phone numbers, and Google Maps. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any site or service we link to.

JainEats is provided "as is," free of charge, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or availability. To the fullest extent the law allows, JainEats and its operator aren't liable for any damages — including any harm from relying on inaccurate or outdated Jain-status information — arising from your use of the site. You use it at your own discretion and risk, and always confirm dietary details with the restaurant directly.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use JainEats after a change means you accept the update.
